Mr Su Shin-Chang is a dedicated professional in the field of physical therapy, home therapy and rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science from Chang Gung University, Taiwan.

Mr Su has accumulated extensive experience across various roles, he is the Director of Weiling Home-Physical Therapy Clinic and executive secretary of the Taiwan Physical Therapist Association.
​
Mr Su is recognized for his research contributions. His notable publications include studies on physical fitness and successful aging among Taiwanese older adults, dietary interventions for frailty reduction, and personalized home-based exercise programs for older adults.
